Family Vacation (Heritage Rajasthan with Goa Tour)

Places Covered: - Delhi – Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Ranthambor-- Jaipur – Bikaner — Jaisalmer - Jodhpur - Udaipur – Goa.

Day 01:   17 November, 2010 (Arrival Delhi)

Upon arrival at Airport, You will be received and welcome you. After meeting and greeting, transfer to Hotel. Check in at the hotel after receiving a warm Indian welcome and relax for the rest of the day amidst the superb hotel facilities. Delhi 's many-layered existence is tantalizing and will entice you into a fascinating journey of discovery. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 02:  18 November, 2010 ( Delhi )

After breakfast you proceed for local sightseeing of the Old Delhi covering ancient building like Jama Masijid, Sikh Temple, Chandin Chowk, Birla Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort, Raj Ghat. After old Delhi you proceed for New Delhi. Today you visit President House, India gate. Overnight stay at Delhi.  

Day 03: 19 November, 2010 (Delhi - Agra (210km))

After breakfast proceed for Agra. Enroute visit Sikandara the mausoleum of the greatest emperor of India Akbar. Check in hotel and proceed for sightseeing tour of Agra, covering places like Taj Mahal – the most extravagant monument ever built for love Mumtaj Mahal by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1633. Agra Fort – visit of Agra Fort is must since so many incidents took place here. Overnight at Agra.

Day 04:  20 November, 2010 (Agra – Fathepur Sikri-- Ranthambhor (300 Km))

After breakfast you drive to Fathepur Sikri & Ranthanbhor. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri (old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) visiting The Buland Darwaza / Palace of Jodha Bai / Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. Check in Hotel and Overnight stay at Ranthanbhor.

Day 05:  21 November, 2010 (Ranthambhor :- Enjoy with Tiger)

After breakfast you visit full day Wildlife Jeep safari in Jungle. Tigers can be easily spotted even during the day Time. Good time to visit Ranthambore National park is in November and March when the nature of the dry deciduous forests makes sightings common. Its deciduous forests were once a part of the magnificent jungles of Central India. Overnight stay at Ranthambhore.

Day 06: 22 November, 2010 ( Ranthambhor—Jaipur (180km))

After all drive to Jaipur. Evening check in Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Jaipur is the first well planned city of India, located in the desert lands of India , Rajasthan. The city which once had been the capital of the royalty now is the capital city of Rajasthan. The very structure of Jaipur resembles the taste of the Rajputs and the Royal families. It is also known Paris in India .

Day 07:  23 November, 2010 (Jaipur: - The Pinkcity of Rajasthan )

After breakfast at hotel. Proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur followed by Elephant ride to the fort. Proceed for sightseeing of Palace of Winds better known as Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory). Overnight stay at Jaipur.   

Day 08:  24 November, 2010 (Jaipur –Bikaner (280 km))

After breakfast we proceed for Bikaner. On the way you will see the small tradional village. You can see real Indian village life. Village life in North India is great combination of rich traditination, culture, and religious heritage. Overnight stay at Bikaner.

Day 09: 25 November, 2010 (Bikaner — Jaisalmer (300Km) )

After breakfast tour of Bikaner. This royal walled city is a part of the desert country tourist circuit and lies on the northern tip of Rajasthan. The city was founded in 1486 AD by the Rathore prince, Rao Bikaji, hence the name Bikaner. We visit the main attractions, Junagarh Fort and the Lalgarh Palace, and the ever so interesting camel breeding farms.  

Late afternoon you drive to Jaisalmer. Check in Hotel and Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 10:  26 November, 2010 (Jaisalmer—Sum – Jaisalmer)

After a relaxed breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing tour of The Golden City - Jaisalmer. It is in the heart of the Great Indian Desert. Its temple, fort and palaces are all built of yellow stone. The city is a mass of intricately carved buildings, facades and elaborate balconies. Visit the JAISALMER FORT - The oldest living Fort in the world. Evening drive to sand dunes where a nomad dance troupe perform folk dance of Rajasthan. Overnight at Jaisalmer. 

Day11: 27 November, 2010 (Agra Jaisalmer—Jodhpur (270km))

After early breakfast Proceed in the morning for Jodhpur. Afternoon check in Hotel. We proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour covering Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 12: 28 November, 2010 (Jodhpur—Ranakpur – Udaipur)

After breakfast we proceed for Udaipur. Enroute visit world Famous Jain Temple at Ranakpur. There are total 1,444 pillars in total and with no two being alike. Check in Hotel. Evening boating at the placid waters of Lake Pichola. From the Boat you will be able to view the City of Udaipur, as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan Desert. We also visit the Jag Mandir Palace - the other lovely Island Palace in the middle of the lake. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 13: 29 November, 2010 (Udaipur)

After breakfast tour of Udaipur covering City Palace , poised over Lake Pichola , iridescent with tile and mirror inlay. Also can explore the town by walking through the narrow, colorful winding lanes. Overnight stay at Udaipur

Day 14: 30 November, 2010 (Udaipur – Mumbai - Goa (By Flight))

By Flight Jet Airways 9W-7115 from Mumbai at 14:25 to Goa at 18:15

After breakfast you will transfer to Airport for a board flight to Goa.

In Goa, you will receive and transfer to Hotel.

Blue sea, white sand and one in the distance, losing series of coconut trees.
Goa is visited by large numbers of international and domestic tourists each year. It also has rich flora and fauna, owing to its location on the Western Ghats range, which is classified as a biodiversity hotspot.
